Incoming work
Capture files and requests from email, forms, uploads, messaging channels or other sources.
InputsEmails, messages, files, scans and forms — one process handles them all. We organise, route and automate the work inside Microsoft 365 so your team can focus on the decision, not the admin.
We build practical automations around Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Power Automate — keeping people in control where a real decision is needed.
Capture files and requests from email, forms, uploads, messaging channels or other sources.
InputsMatch the right client, category or workflow before the work reaches your team.
RoutingStore documents consistently in the right client folder with a clear record of what happened.
SharePointGive the right person one simple place to approve, reject or comment.
Power AppsTrigger notifications, tasks, status changes and next steps automatically.
OutputsContinue approved work into Xero or another business system when that is useful.
IntegrationsThe input channel can change. The process stays controlled and consistent.
A document arrives. The automation identifies where it belongs, stores it correctly, creates a review item and sends it to the right person. The reviewer approves or rejects. The correct next action happens automatically.
No giant transformation project. We map one repetitive workflow, build it, test it with real work and expand only when it is useful.
We map what comes in, who handles it, where it goes and what happens next.
Using Microsoft 365, Power Automate, SharePoint and Power Apps where appropriate.
We run the process end-to-end with real users and realistic scenarios.
Your team keeps familiar tools while repetitive work runs in the background.
Fixed project pricing keeps the service simple for small businesses.
No. The aim is normally to automate around the tools you already use, especially Microsoft 365.
Yes. Email, messaging, scans, uploads, forms and other sources can all feed one central process.
Yes. Automation removes repetitive admin while human approval stays exactly where your business needs it.
Yes, where the required Xero action and connector are supported. It can be added as the next step after approval.
No extra platform is added just to hold your data. We build and optimise the automation inside your own Microsoft 365 environment — SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps — so your documents and records stay where they already are, under your existing Microsoft agreement. Where a channel genuinely needs an outside connection, for example WhatsApp messaging, which has no native Microsoft 365 connector, we use a minimal, purpose-built bridge and are transparent about it before we build it.
Most Starter and Document Automation workflows are scoped, built and handed over within 1–2 weeks. Connected and Specialist workflows with multiple systems typically take 2–4 weeks, depending on approvals and how much testing your team needs.
A short call where you show us one repetitive process. We map what comes in, where it goes and where time is lost, then tell you honestly whether it is worth automating and roughly what it would cost. There is no obligation to proceed.
Every project includes testing and documented handover so your team can run and adjust the workflow independently. If you want ongoing changes or monitoring, that can be agreed separately rather than bundled into every project by default.
No. The same input-to-outcome approach works for any small business with repetitive admin — trades, consultancies, hospitality and more. The Specialist Workflow option covers builds tailored to a specific trade or industry.
If your team regularly moves information between email, files, SharePoint, forms or accounting software, there is a good chance part of that process can be automated.
